I’m a huge fan of maxi dresses as it is, but since getting pregnant, I can’t get enough of them. \u00a0They’re super comfy and flattering (between the sumer heat and my growing belly). \u00a0This one (like most of my preggo clothes) is from H&M<\/a>, and due to the drapey, voluminous style, I only had to size up to a 4 for it to fit comfortably. \u00a0At this rate I’ll probably be able to wear many of my pregnancy purchases even after giving birth – so much better than investing in a bunch of maternity clothes I’ll never wear again!! \u00a0I wore this dress recently to dinner with family and friends…<\/p>\n

\u00a0It’s a been a really busy month so far, as my brother visited towards the end of June and then my mom came to town right after him. \u00a0She’s been staying with us since, as she’s helping me prepare for baby. \u00a0Now that I’m approaching the 3rd trimester, I’m definitely starting to feel the extra weight. \u00a0My ligaments are all out of whack and I’m not sleeping as well at night, so I don’t have as much energy during the day. \u00a0My mom has been a great help, between tackling household chores and stocking up on stuff for the little one. \u00a0She’ll be headed home to Florida soon, but she’s planning to come back right before the baby is born, so I’ll have her here to help me in those early weeks (thank god)! \u00a0Meanwhile, I’m trying to keep up with the blog, but between the decrease in energy and keeping busy with family, I’ve been a bit off schedule. \u00a0Hoping to have some more looks and other updates for you guys soon. \u00a0How’s everyone else enjoying the summer? \u00a0We’ve been lucky here as the weather hasn’t gotten too crazy hot yet!<\/p>\n
