First of all, hello and thanks for stopping by! I’m a Certified Dharma Coach via\u00a0The Highest Self Institute<\/a>.\u00a0 Dharma coaching is a unique method of life coaching that guides you into alignment with your higher self and your purpose during this lifetime.\u00a0 I felt called to become a Dharma Coach after a major breakdown turned into my biggest breakthrough.\u00a0I’m a strong believer in the mantra, “Heal yourself, heal others, heal the world.” \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My coaching practice is multi-faceted, though my primary expertise is in Human Design and Tantra. These modalities together address the mind and body in a beautiful synergy. In addition, I am a certified Reiki healer with almost 20 years of experience. I have gathered a wealth of knowledge during my extensive spiritual journey and have many tools at my disposal. It’s with tremendous gratitude that I am now able to serve others. Through the ascension of each individual the collective so to ascends.
